Parking System
FAQ
Common questions about our automated parking systems, manufacturing, lead times, and engineering support.
01 Where is AutoSpaceFlow based?
Where is AutoSpaceFlow based?
AutoSpaceFlow is headquartered in Shanghai, China. We are a manufacturer specializing in mechanical and automated parking systems, established in August 2021. Our equipment has been exported to dozens of countries including Australia, Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, and Russia.
02 What types of parking systems do you manufacture?
What types of parking systems do you manufacture?
Our core product platforms include: PJS hydraulic stacker lifts (2-post residential systems), PSH puzzle parking systems (2-7 levels, semi-automated), underground pit lifts (for villas and surface-clear sites), and customized high-density configurations for commercial projects.
03 What is the typical lead time?
What is the typical lead time?
Manufacturing, shipping and installation timelines are project-specific. We provide schedule guidance after reviewing system configuration, destination, site readiness and project scope.
04 Do you provide CAD layouts before quotation?
Do you provide CAD layouts before quotation?
Yes. Send us your site dimensions, floor plan, or CAD drawing. Our engineering team in Shanghai will provide a preliminary parking layout, capacity analysis, and recommended system configuration within 48 business hours — at no charge.
05 What is the lifting capacity?
What is the lifting capacity?
PJS stacker lifts: 2,300–3,200 kg per platform (SUV compatible). PSH puzzle systems: 2,300–2,700 kg per platform. All systems support standard sedans, SUVs, and pickup trucks within the listed dimensions (typically ≤5,300 × 1,900 × 1,550 mm).
06 What compliance documentation can you support?
What compliance documentation can you support?
Compliance documentation and safety configuration can be prepared according to project requirements and destination market regulations. Selected components and safety systems can be configured to support CE / ISO requirements for export projects.
07 How long do automated parking systems last?
How long do automated parking systems last?
With proper maintenance, mechanical parking equipment has a designed service life of 15-20 years. Major drive components (hydraulic cylinders, motors) typically require inspection every 2-3 years. We provide spare parts support and remote troubleshooting guidance throughout the system lifecycle.
08 What is the retrieval time?
What is the retrieval time?
PJS stacker lifts: 60-90 seconds per cycle. PSH puzzle systems: 60-120 seconds typical (longer in worst-case blocked scenarios requiring vehicle shuffling). Throughput depends on configuration and traffic patterns — our engineers can simulate retrieval times for your specific project.
09 What power supply is required?
What power supply is required?
Standard configurations use 220V/380V three-phase, with motor power 2.2-3 kW for PJS and 4-7.5 kW for PSH systems depending on level count. Power consumption is intermittent (only during retrieval cycles). We can adapt to local power standards (50/60 Hz) for export markets.
10 Do you provide installation and maintenance support?
Do you provide installation and maintenance support?
Yes. We provide installation guidance, on-site commissioning support, operator training, and long-term operation & maintenance planning. For overseas projects, our engineers coordinate remotely with local installation teams and provide spare parts and troubleshooting throughout the system lifecycle.
