Information We Collect
When you submit a project inquiry, contact us by email or message us on WhatsApp, we may receive the contact, company and project information you choose to provide. The inquiry form also records limited source information such as the referring page, campaign parameters and the page that directed you to the form.
How We Use It
We use the information to review your request, communicate with you, prepare technical recommendations or quotations, coordinate agreed project support and maintain business records. We do not send your contact details or project message to analytics services.
Service Providers
The website uses service providers for hosting, form processing, messaging and aggregated website analytics. Inquiry submissions are processed through Formspree; website usage is measured with Google Analytics. WhatsApp is an optional contact channel: if you choose it, your message and phone number are transmitted and processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms, and we receive only the messages you send us. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing & International Communication
We may share relevant project information with employees, engineering personnel or contracted service providers who need it to respond to the inquiry or perform the agreed work. Cross-border projects may require communication and document exchange between countries. We do not sell inquiry contact information.
Retention & Security
We retain inquiry and project records for as long as reasonably needed for communication, quotation, contractual, technical and legal purposes. We apply reasonable operational measures, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Request
To request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information held by AutoSpaceFlow, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify the requester and may retain records where required for contractual, legal or security purposes.
