Automated Parking for Hotels
Hotels and hospitals need orderly access, a clear operator workflow and vehicle size rules guests and staff can follow. AutoSpaceFlow’s applications page groups them as a hospitality and healthcare segment — not as a promise of a one-size hotel product.
This guide stays inside published site copy: which systems the Hotels block lists, how puzzle and stacker differ for guest-facing sites, when a tower appears in the conversation, and what to send for a quote. It does not invent hotel case studies, rooms-to-spaces ratios or PMS integration claims.

Review the Hotels & Hospitals application segment for the baseline description and system links, then return here for selection notes and the RFQ checklist.
Default match: puzzle and stacker
On the applications page, Hotels & Hospitals lists PSH puzzle parking and a car stacker as applicable systems, with options such as IC card or touch panel, license-plate camera and height-limit sensors called out as project choices. That pairing is the practical starting point for most hospitality footprints we see in RFQs.
PSH puzzle parking
Lift-and-slide grids that raise car count on a constrained plot. Suitable where the hotel needs multi-level density without a full ramp garage, and where an operator or attendant workflow is acceptable for guest vehicles.
PSH product page →Car stacker / PJS
Vertical two-level (or related stacker) layouts for smaller garages, staff parking or limited bays where horizontal sliding is unnecessary. Simpler mechanical path; capacity growth is mainly by adding units, not by densifying a single grid.
Car stacker → · PJS →For a side-by-side of puzzle vs stacker mechanics, see what is a puzzle parking system and the commercial hub puzzle parking system. Cost framing for PSH-style projects sits on the 2026 cost breakdown.
Parking towers: non-default
Vertical parking towers are not the default hotel recommendation on this site. They appear when footprint is extremely tight and capacity targets are high enough that a puzzle grid or stacker array will not close the brief in CAD.
Published tower evidence currently includes:
- →India — parking tower delivery on the order of about 220 spaces (confirm details on the project page)
- →Romania — project with five parking towers (confirm layout notes on the project page)
Those pages document tower capability; they are not hotel case studies. If your hotel plot forces a tower conversation, say so in the RFQ and we size against site data — not against a catalogue “hotel tower” SKU.
Rotary systems: qualitative only
Rotary (Ferris-wheel style) parking may appear in early selection talks for very small footprints. This site does not publish invented rotary performance specs for hotel use. Treat rotary as a qualitative option until engineers confirm envelope, throughput and local compliance against your drawings — then prefer puzzle, stacker or tower based on what the CAD supports.
Guest workflow notes (from published options)
The Hotels & Hospitals block already flags options that matter for hospitality operations: IC card or touch panel, license-plate camera, and height-limit sensors. Use them as quote toggles, not as a claim that every hotel ships with every option.
- • Agree who parks the car — guest self-park to a transfer cabin vs attendant / valet into the system
- • Set clear height and weight rules at the entry (height-limit sensor option)
- • Decide access method (IC card, touch panel, plate camera) with the operator workflow
- • Confirm retrieval expectations against the project-specific cycle time from CAD — do not invent a hotel SLA here
RFQ checklist
Same core inputs as other commercial RFQs on this site (see the puzzle category FAQ and 48h CAD promo). Hotels do not need a separate invented data model — send:
- □ Site length, width and clear height (or pit depth)
- □ Floor plan / CAD if available
- □ Target parking capacity and guest vs staff mix if known
- □ Vehicle weight and height envelope (including SUVs / vans if required)
- □ Power supply available at the parking area
- □ Entry / exit direction and driveway width
- □ Whether foundations and utilities are already designed
- □ Destination country and preferred compliance path (e.g. CE documentation)
Timeline from order through commissioning follows the phase guide: automated parking installation timeline. Import, CE and packing sit on how to import from China.
